Election
August 27th

October 8th

District 74 Special Election

Republican Runoff
August 27th

General Election
November 12th

There will be TWO elections on August 27th.

  1. Municipal Election for Montgomery’s Mayor and City Council
    • Absentee voting began July 23rd and ends August 22nd.
  2. Run-off for the Republican candidate for State House of Representatives District 74, formerly held by Dimitri Polizos.
    • Runoff candidates are Michael Fritz and Charlotte Meadows
    • Absentee voting began July 25th and ends August 22nd.

Your voting location may have changed.

To prevent voters from going to two different locations, whenever there is a City Election, precincts are determined by City Council Districts, rather than County Commission Districts. Two separate postcards for the city election and the District 74 election were sent in early July and early August. Be sure your address is up-to-date, as you will need to vote where you live!
